Terms & Conditions – ICMO (International Concept Math Olympiad)
1. Eligibility

• The ICMO is open to students studying in Classes 1st to 10th.

• Students from any recognized school are eligible to participate.

• Participants must register using accurate personal and academic details.

2. Registration

• Registration will be considered complete only after successful submission of the registration form and payment of the prescribed fee (if applicable).

• Registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Organizers reserve the right to reject incomplete or incorrect applications.

3. Examination

• The Olympiad will be conducted according to the schedule announced by the organizers.

• Participants must follow all examination instructions and guidelines.

• Any form of unfair means, cheating, impersonation, or misconduct may lead to immediate disqualification.

4. Results & Awards

• Results declared by the organizing committee shall be final and binding.

• Merit certificates, medals, trophies, gifts, and other awards will be distributed as per the prize structure announced by the organizers.

• The organizers reserve the right to modify the prize structure if necessary.

5. Certificates

• Participation certificates will be provided to eligible participants as per the event guidelines.

• Certificates will be issued based on the information provided during registration. Requests for corrections after issuance may not be entertained.

6. Use of Information

• By registering, participants and parents consent to the use of photographs, names, scores, and achievements for promotional, educational, and event-related purposes.

• Personal information will be used only for Olympiad-related activities.

7. Changes & Cancellation

• The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel the examination due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Any updates will be communicated through official channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The organizers shall not be responsible for any technical issues, delays, losses, or circumstances beyond their control affecting participation.

9. Acceptance

• Submission of the registration form signifies acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions by the participant, parent/guardian, and school representative (if applicable).

ICMO Organizing Committee reserves all rights regarding the conduct, evaluation, results, awards, and administration of the Olympiad.
